The High Queen's expression is usually serious; when she smiles it is genuine and warm. She observes those around her with bright blue eyes that can often demonstrate a dry sense of humor.
Her dark-gold hair falls in waves to her shoulders or is firmly braided away from her face when dressed in armor. Cordelia does not like unnecessary adornments and so the only jewelry she wears regularly are an old platinum ring and an amulet of the order.
Now in her mid to late twenties, Cordelia carries herself with regal bearing and well-trained poise. On occasion she absently touches her fingertips to a faded scar that runs from her throat down, disappearing under her clothing.
That clothing and armor appears loose on her frame currently and there are distinct shadows under her eyes.
