He serves lowly peasants as well as the powerful elite... for the right non-negotiable price. He is a jolly larger man who is quick to become ill-tempered... so be careful of earning his ire. Kammeron also dislikes large crowds, so it is best to find him and get his attention when few other adventurers are around, lest you find him running off to some "appointment".
